Beautiful view of the ocean, very kind staff who helped us with motor bike rental and harbour transfers. Room was spacious and clean.

No water pressure in the shower it was just a trickle.

When I talked about the problems, I pretended that they didn't understand, they didn't know what to offer, and as a result it turned out that they knew about the problem and just didn't know how to solve it. At the same time, the guy who ran the service constantly said something in Indonesian, showing his dissatisfaction, he didn't want to participate in all this. My Wi-Fi didn't work, the network kept dropping out, and the boiler for 100 liters bathtub was 10 liters only. Impossible to use bathtub.

Lovely property with excellent location with a fantastic view of the ocean.

The Ocean terrace rooms should have seperated toilets and bath and not part of the main room to ensure privacy.

Beautiful view that can be seen outside the room, ambience of the ocean sound right up to the door. Presentation of the suite and outlay

Not really a con, but water pressure was low, hot water was extremely hot, and it had to be turned down manually at the heater. Exterior of the place could use some maintenance / repairs due to age and neglect. Decking of pool was lifting up and unstable.

The jacuzzi was the main reason for booking but my room was completely different . In addition bugs on my bed and centipede on the floors
