staff was helpful, ac was working, quiet street

we were out of water 4 times and had to ask staff to fix the water for our bathroom. breakfast was very simple, no fruits, just egg and plain pancake. the internet is terrible, wont work at all. we had to pay data packages on our phones to use it

Accueil cordial :-) Le quartier est très agréable, on dirait un village ! Il y a un marché couvert à proximité et juste à côté un marché de plein air... j'ai adoré :-))

Établissement certes situé à proximité de l'aéroport... mais de l'autre côté des pistes !!! Le climatiseur de ma chambre fuyait et un seau avait été disposé dessous, occasionnant du bruit toute la nuit, malgré une serviette posée dedans !!! La navette pour l'aéroport est gratuite : toutefois, au moment de quitter les lieux, il s'est avéré que le boss était parti avec la voiture !!! La personne de l'accueil a fini par m'appeler un taxi que l'on m'a demandé de payer, ce que j'ai catégoriquement refusé... la personne a réglé la course !!! Donc, mieux vaut prévoir large côté horaires pour se rendre à l'aéroport avec la navette gratuite !!!

Sehr freundliche und herzliche Familie. War sehr hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich wie zuhause gefühlt!

The staffs are so helpful. They could do laundry for us, they provided bike rent and airport pick-ups , and they are so friendly, I felt like visiting my uncle and auntie. The room is so clean and the bed sheet is so comfortable!! They also do late check outs.

Nothing, will stay again!
