breakfast was a lot and you could order some specials like cafe latte indonesian and european, you could order omlette with everything - really nice staff was very helpful, spoke good english and helped with everthing - thanks once again! you could even get massages in your own room!

the room I was in needed some sealment around the shower (mould) but other than that was clean and functioning, aircon was good working and quiet

Overall the room and the bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable and the AC was working well. The staff very professional and respond to questions and requests through email or whatsapp.

The water pressure in the bathroom was too low. The Shower curtain not too effective so the water came out all over the bathroom floor. The Lighting in the bathroom also a bit dark. A lot of dust at the back of the TV. Some road noise also penetrated the room. The window can be opened.

The hotel looks new, in a very good location, the standard room is small but has a mountain view which we enjoyed, and all the staff were so friendly, made us feel welcome. Breakfast is yummy.

This residence is on a busy thoroughfare which made it easy to find, but noisy. The A/C and WiFi were good, and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The included breakfast was really great. We especially enjoyed the fesh fruit, and hot local and Western dishes. The staff brought hot water to our room on request, and also arranged a car and driver at a reasonable price. There were many local restaurants, groceries, and great street-food sellers very close by. We had a very early morning departure, so the staff prepared a simple packaged breakfast to go.

The traffic was heavy even at night making crossing the road difficult. The room was quite small which made access to our luggage dificult. The air conditioner leaked water onto the floor causing the room to smell musty. We asked to have this fixed, but the problem remained. There were tiny ants in the room which crawled all over and tried to enter my computer.

No ventilation other than air-conditioning making it feel stuffy after a few days. (we stayed ten days) Hot water ran out quite quickly. No space for suitcases, only one tiny table, and towels and linen had a funny smell.

The standard rooms are really small, there was just enough space to open the luggage for one person it will be oke, but for 2 it might be to cramped. They also didn’t clean the room well, there was a lot of dust and cobwebs behind the tv and under the bed.

Nicely located, fast response staffs, very good room service! working wifi in the room.

The room was spotless. The staff very friendly and helpful. We had no complaints about the room or facilities at all.

The hotel has a cafe on site but most of the main laces to eat were a 35 minute walk away. However there are plenty of bemos and ojeks around to get you there.
