"Splendide"

Tout ! C’est un endroit paradisiaque. En pleine jungle, face au mont Merapi, c’est un vrai lieu de quietude. Le personnel est aux petits soins , et pourtant , nous étions 21 personnes, cela leur a compliqué la tache au niveau des repas . Mais ils l’ont toujours fait avec le sourire . Merci encore

La piscine est magnifique mais c’est plus une pataugeoire de rafraîchissement

Heerlijk afgelegen en rustig. Prachtig authentiek huis met ruim uitzicht. Eigen zwembadje echt top! Vriendelijk personeel, maar alleen beheerders kunnen Engels. Wij zaten met 6 in de villa, met 4 extra matrassen op de grond. Ging prima. Badkamer basic, wel warm water. Keuken is alleen waterkoker en paar kopjes, winkeltjes sowieso wat verder weg. Dus we hebben vooral gegeten in het restaurant, dat was prima en zelfs koude bintang te krijgen. Huisje kon wel iets beter schoongemaakt, maar dat hebben we met de beheerder besproken.

The location was wonderful with views on Merapi mountain or into the forest. Staff were very friendly. Beds were very comfy.

The only thing - and it seems they haven't worked this out in Java in general - was that there were no fly screens to keep mosquitoes out. It would have been great to keep windows open - room got a bit stuffy.

Beautiful garden, room had a lovely view, comfortable bed. Lovely attentive staff.

Bathroom could have done with a little spruce up, upstairs room could have done with some additional decoration.

"A piece of paradise"

Such a peaceful paradise surrounded by rice fields and forest. Staying in the traditional-style villa was a unique experience, plus very comfortable.

Niko the cat, stunning jungle location, Dede - the accommodating manager who was very easy with our late arrival and my careless booking - where I accidentally booked the wrong date. The delicious nasi goreng breakfast and fried bananas , beautiful gardens and pool and jungle surrounds.
