CAterrace with river/landscape view was very nice. breakfast was good. location central to shopping/dining. infinity pool was still under construction when we were there, but the location of the pool promises spectacular views and I’m sure it’ll be a highlight of this hotel. most staff was very friendly. especially the securities at the entrance we’re very eager to assist the guests.
rooms were damp and smelled accordingly. it’s still in the process of being built, but the rooms already have corners with mold, at least the 2 rooms that our family stayed in. they had good intentions with a lot of the design features, but a lot of them seem like a very inexperienced hotel designers called the shots. like, the showers spray until right by the bathroom doors, leading to the doors already being damaged and rough looking. ventilation in the rooms is sub-standard, leading to the moisture issues described above. the bathrooms by the restaurant are located/designed in a way that you can see the urinals through the mirror from the restaurant itself. there’s only one soap dispenser on the wall for several sinks. all little things, but added up they don’t give an impression of a well designed hotel.
IDLocation of hotel is right on the road to Dieng. Lot of options for buffet breakfast for Non Vegetarians.

ID1 when arrive the room not ready, i need to wait about an hour 2. at night 9 oclock the night shift guy rang me did I have pay the bill ? there wasn’t coordination between the staff
HKSee my comments on room and cleanliness above: Room had big column through middle of room blocking view through window? Bed made our legs itch? Phone not working, and no socket for electric kettle. Room not soundproof and noise from outside could be heard and kept us awake. Management refused to give us a better room unless we paid for an upgrade. Staff were friendly though, It boasts to be the best hotel in Wonosobo, but I don't know how it got 4 stars?? On our experience, I could not recommend to anyone.
IDIDit is located in a nice location and has a nice view
The room was humid, the facilities does not suit with it’s rate as a 4 star hotel,the toilet was clogged, and the price doubled during the holidays.
IDIDthe location also this hotel has a perfect spot to see the Sindoro Sumbing mountains
the room too small; the bathroom was not well designed, it’s wet all the time.
