The hotel is in a very convenient location and has some wonderful pieces of modern Indonesian art in the public areas. The day staff were friendly though not particularly well presented.

The room absolutely stunk of mould. So bad that in any other country it would be shut down by the Department of Health. Mould is the number one cause of indoor air pollution and I still feel sick two days later after one night in that contaminated environment. I arrived late and night reception was hopeless, with no way really to check out and find a new hotet. So I had to take antistamines and try and sleep. The sheets and pillows were stayed, the towels grey and freyed. Stains on the AC and mould on the walls... truly disgusting! The night reception staff were rude and stupid. Quoting me a night rate, twice what I'd seen on the web, but unwilling or unallowed to negotiate. Instead insisting i then book on line, which i did. But which makes bo sense as they then lose money. No problem for me as I trust Booking.com but stupid business. Breakfast bufet was the worst Ive ever had in Bali, especially for 900k per night! It was the bufet you expect in a homestay in a family compound and 2-300 a night! And to think they tried to charge 1.7j ridiculous. I left feeling scammed, sick and deeply annoyed. I chose the place and was willing to pay extra cause I need a holiday so to be treated so badly really stings and I will now go out of my way to leave a negative review everywhere I possibly can!

Relaxed clean quiet good value. Limited menu but what I ordered was great. I was a solo customer and I felt incredibly safe and very welcomed indeed. Front desk lady was absolutely lovely. Please pass on my thanks.

Das Hotel braucht dringend mehr beachtung im bezug auf instandhaltung

Der Infinitypool und die direkte Lage zum Meer, machen diesen Standort aussergewöhnlich schön. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und das Personal freundlich.

Ein grosser negativer Punkt, welcher die Bewertung doch um mindestens 2 Punkte nach unten zieht, ist die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung. Die Bettlacken sind schmutzig, es hat Insekten am Boden und die Ecken im Bad sind teilweise verschimmelt. Die Ausstattung, wie bspw. Tuchhalter und Kühlschrank funktionieren leider nicht, was das Erlebnis als Ganzes stark mindert.
