Clan Living - The Founder Ubud

The staff were so friendly from the moment I got there, right through to the end of the stay and I couldn't say enough about how friendly . The location was in an ideal location for me, everywhere is walkable if you're happy to walk, or grabbing a scooter is super quick and easy. The layout of the rooms were really clever, and whilst could be considered small for some people, it was perfect, especially if you wanted a longer term stay as it had space to chill and sleep. The location was tucked off the main road so generally quite quiet.

On one night there was noise from a local karaoke place, although Ubud centre is a busy place and noise is to be expected, so given that it was only 1 night out of 3, I think it was okay!

La camera era sporca. La terza notte il letto era pieno di formiche.

房屋设计比较有创意，孩子们很喜欢。我因为自己的原因需要修改时间，他们也同意了。

卫生细节待改善，比如沙发有污迹，阳台网子有些螺丝松了。

It was located right in the middle of Ubud.

Labai patiko, džiaugiuosi, kad kambarį gavau pirmame aukšte, buvo labai patogu iš kambario patekti į baseiną, nereikėjo vaikščioti laiptais. Pusryčiai buvo įskaičiuoti tik tik ne taip kaip mes auropone pratę gauti furšetinius pusryčius. Atsiuntė meniu ir reikėjo išsirinkti ką norėsi valgyti pusryčiams pasirinkimas neplatus, bet visko užteko.

Central, interesting and clean room.

No parking place for car. Walk under the water 15 mm from a far parking with luggages to get to our room. No hot water and air con not working in the room. It was a nightmare not worth the price,
