Elektrik ve su problemi vardı . Sokak karanlıktı merkeze yürümek için zorlayıcıydı . Villanın içerisine kertenkele giriyordu sürekli , önlem alınmamıştı . Temizlik yoktu . Kirli bir çok şey vardı . Mutfak ürünleri yetersizdi . Güvenlik yoktu .

Le foto su booking della stanza (wooden house) sono datate. Macchie ambigue su pavimento, divano e frigo. Cucina in pessimo stato. Tutte le porte sono difettose. Già per questo avremmo dato “5” ma si meritano il minimo perché qualcuno si è introdotto nella stanza e HA FRUGATO E MESSO SOTTO SOPRA TUTTE LE NOSTRE VALIGIE IN CERCA DI SOLDI E GIOIELLI. Ci sono state SOTTRATTE DUE PAIA DI ORECCHINI e quando abbiamo denunciato il tutto alla reception ci hanno accusato di mentire e si sono inventati di averci visto ubriachi in giro per Uluwatu. Gestione davvero incommentabile dell’episodio che rende questa struttura assolutamente sconsigliata!

I bought food to cook and reduce my expenses but the refrigerator doesn’t work, I had to throw away half the food because it went bad. Other guests and I reported the situation, staff said a new refrigerator was going to come in 2 days but it never happened. They are super aware of this but they do nothing. Also, the mattress is not confortable at all because they have a hole in the middle, it seems all of them are the same because other travelers told me. Bathrooms need a lot of improvement because they have mold and showers never look clean. I hate giving bad reviews bad I don’t like they said at the reviews they are going to take care of these kind of situations and you go there thinking everything is better but it is not. I really would love they improve a little these situations because the place is super nice.

L'extérieur avait l'air agréable. Il y a une jolie piscine. Le personnel est gentil.

J'avais réservé 2 nuits en dortoir pour femmes mais je ne suis restée qu'une seule nuit. J'étais sur un lit du haut et la prise pour les lits du haut est inatteignable et donc il était impossible de faire recharger son téléphone, c'est trop haut. Les tentures sensées donner un peu d'intimité sont limitées à un seul côté. Cela n'a aucun sens et nous prive d'un peu d'intimité. Je trouve que les douches ne sont pas très bien entretenues mais bon, passe encore. Il n'y absolument pas de place pour s'asseoir sur les toilettes. C'est juste impossible. Vraiment, tout était inconfortable. Si vous y allez, évitez alors les dortoirs. Je déteste mettre des commentaires négatifs, j'en suis vraiment navrée.
