We are a family of six and our kids are from 7 - 17 years old and they all really enjoyed the hotel. The food was surprisingly good for all inclusive and there was plenty of choice every day. We also had no problem getting sun loungers at the pool even on days we were up a bit later. The staff were really friendly and the entertainment was fun in the evenings. There is a bus stop that goes to Kos town which takes 10 minutes. You can book car hire from the hotel and they drop it to the hotel for you which was handy.

The rooms are pretty basic but very clean and are serviced every day. The beach at the end of the hotel drive way is a bit of a let down - a bit dirty so we only went twice during our two week stay. But there are other nice beaches on the island such as Tingki and Paradise Beach.

Very old rooms, booked a 3 bedroom and we were given a double with a cheap Sun lounge for the 3rd bed. Ants everywhere in drinks, in the room, in the bed. Canteen food with snack bar providing fast food menu apart from salad. Under staffed. I was surprised about all the good reviews that I read as the hotel it cannot be classified as a 4 stars. Had to pay extra for Sun lounges, to use lockers, to use the safe in the room. This is a no frills hotel and anything you needed had a cost associated!

Nice hotel

You can't use the beach free and the sea is too wavy to swim. You must pay for it. We stayed all inclusive but payment is required to use beach.

Umbrella and chair are not free at the beach. The sea is wavy all time.

Location is 10 minutes from the Cos city center by bus #2. Bar and restaurant service is very nice. Food is good.

Soundproofing is not with this hotel. In my room it was possible to hear almost all of neighbors' life. It the morning you'll hear every closing door and steps to the breakfast.
