Elysium Resort & Spa

Excellent staff extremely helpful and friendly in all parts of the hotel. Reception were so helpful with booking and recommending restaurants (especially Emmanuella for restaurants!) and getting taxis in just a few minutes. Waiters and waitresses were also very friendly and fun. Location was just what we wanted on a beach and close enough to Rhodes town and Faliraki to be a short taxi ride to both. Should point out that beach is pebbles not sand which has pros and cons. Pool was lovely. Didn’t use the spa but did have a look around and seemed very modern and clean with all expected facilities with very good range of available treatments. Would definitely go back.

The main pool was not heated.

The Beach front location, lovely swimming pool and private beach always immaculate and a well managed area. We especially enjoyed the breakfast every morning , huge selection always topped up continuously regardless of what time you go. We loved having the opportunity to sit outside in the morning looking over the sea! The staff on service for breakfast were excellent! Great gym, bus stops literally right outside also make it very easy .

Only small thing was we didn’t use our balcony at all as other guests smoking most of the time . Maybe non - smoking rooms in one area would help this .

Elysium really exceeded my expectations, it was my birthday week, I was welcomed with a cake and sweet plate on the house in my room, the stuff were so nice and helpful, the hotel is BEAUTIFUL and luxurious, the pool connected to a private beach is a dream, the water was so nice. Faliraki is overall so beautiful, the hotel is located in a great location, there's a bus stop right outside the hotel that can take you either to further into Faliraki or old and new town. The breakfast was rich, nutritious, and so yummy. there's so much to do inside the hotel, their resturants are great, I'm gonna miss Elysium so much. Thank you for giving me the best birthday experience!!!!!!!

I had problems in my bathroom when I first got in, it got fixed the next day tho Also my room was the only room that had problems with my room service orders, so the kitchen never got my orders once I placed them, that caused unnecessary long waiting times to get my food and drinks and it just felt inconvenient and annoying. But once I messaged the reception they took care of my orders for me.

Tesis son derece temizdi, yemekleri çok lezzetliydi. En önemlisi bence sessizlik tam bir kafa dinleme oteli. Personel ilgili ve güler yüzlü sadece öneri olarak personelin 30-40 dereceyi aşan sıcaklıklarda blazer ceket giydirilmesi hoş değil bu derece özverili güler yüzlü personel için daha rahat ve şık kıyafetler tercih edilebilir. Emmanauela bize check in sırasında ve sonrasında çok yardımcı oldu ilgisi için ayrı teşekkür etmek isterim. Tesis önünde durak olduğu için çoğu yere otobüsle kolay bir şekilde ulaştık.
