Tv wasnt connected to wifi.. so we couldnt watch Tv and the staff couldnt seem to help us... apart from that pretty good

Great position. Small family run hotel. Wonderful staff and breakfasts were great. We stayed in a double sea view room.

Good location, comfy bed

There was no privacy on the balcony, the shower was a bit broken and the water pressure was poor. The room was on the top floor, you had to take 3 different elevator rides and quite many stairs to get into that room.

I sincerely regret one thing: that we booked Bali Diamond only for 4 nights. I wish I could stay there at least for another week, because everything I can say about this hotel goes with word “amazing”: amazing location (the beach and restaurants are just across the road), amazing room and view from the window. And last but not least, amazing staff - Eva and Nico were always there for us, whatever question or request we had. Keep up doing your businesses so professionally, I definitely want to come back to you guys one day!

The property was extremely clean and quiet The staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant they were amazing. I will recommend this place to everyone I know. Thank you so very much to the staff :)
