Our stay at Athina Luxury Suites was absolutely outstanding and exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. The entire staff was exceptional—professional, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made us feel truly valued as guests. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably clean, and maintained to the highest standards. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff for their excellent work and attention to detail. The reception team was fantastic—always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Fira, and the views are simply breathtaking. Waking up every morning to such a spectacular panorama was an unforgettable experience. Everything about our stay was perfect—from the accommodation and cleanliness to the service and atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Athina Luxury Suites to anyone visiting Santorini. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to returning in the future. Η τοποθεσία και η θέα προς την Καλντέρα ήταν εξαιρετικές. Το προσωπικό ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε, ενώ ο διευθυντής ήταν πολύ φιλικός και έδινε προσωπική σημασία στους επισκέπτες. Το φαγητό ήταν εξαιρετικό και η συνολική αίσθηση του ξενοδοχείου πολυτελής και προσεγμένη. Συνολικά, είχαμε μια πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή και θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά.

Παρότι προέκυψαν ορισμένα μικρά ζητήματα κατά τη διαμονή μας, το προσωπικό ήταν πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει και να δώσει λύσεις. Θα θέλαμε μόνο πιο πλήρεις παροχές προσωπικής περιποίησης στο δωμάτιο, δεδομένου του επιπέδου του καταλύματος.

A vista da caldeira, fora do quarto, porque de dentro do pequeniníssimo quarto (que chamam de suíte júnior,) não se vê nada.

Acredito que nos colocaram na pior suite do hotel. O tamanho irrisório da suíte, a falta de claridade, apenas uma porta pequena, que, se aberta, nos tira totalmente a privacidade. As péssimas espreguiçadeiras (do lado de fora), aliás as únicas comparadas às demais suítes, que não nos permitiram curtir o sol. A falta de sombreiros, que aguentem um pouco de vento, na piscina, já que é um lugar que venta muito. A baixa altura da porta (não tem nem 1,70) de acesso ao banheiro. Meu esposo ficou com a cabeça machucada. É um alto risco que precisa ser avisado ainda na reserva. A falta de privacidade que tem uma janelinha que se abre pra uma escada onde todos passam. Da escada se vê os espaços da ducha e da bacia sanitária. O limitadídissimo e fraquíssimo café da manhã. A dificuldade de acesso. São 84 degraus da rua até o quarto. Isso também precisa ser avisado na reserva. A Booking está misturando “alhos com bugalhos” e enganando a todos nós com informações genéricas e incompletas.
