Tried to re-book a few weeks later and couldn't get a room. Room was a bit simple and small. Third bed was very uncomfortable.

The Haikos Hotel, is our favourite hotel, not just in Kalamata but of all the hotels we have stayed anyway. It should be classified as higher star rated hotel. Apart from the pandemic, my wife and I have been staying at the Haikos for two weeks every year in May, since 2016. Why do we keep going back? Words cannot describe enough how much we love the family own and run hotel. Perfect location, not just to the beach but everywhere else in Kalamata and surrounding places. It even has its its own car park. The hotel rooms are lovely, clean, comfortable, and are of very 'High Standard', serviced by professional staff, that just happen to be the same staff that have been there every year since our first stay in 2016. 'The Management' many of which are family and staff, all of whom have a long service record with the hotel, are professional, helpful in every aspect, and above all respectful, sincere and friendly. Nothing, and I mean nothing is too much trouble. we have just returned to the UK from a 17 day stay at the Hotel Haikos. Buster and Pat Beckett

The location is perfect! Lovely view of the mountain and the sea.

The staff are amazingly helpful, wonderful people. It was a pleasure to meet them. They helped us a lot with contacts, taxi, bus tickets everything. They made our stay memorable.
