Studios Aspa III

Location was great for the island. In three days we explored most of the whole south coast. The location plus the low cost made staying here very worth it. Wifi was great. Perfect for young solo travellers or couples for a short stay on the island.

Could have been cleaner. It's definitely not like a clean hotel room where every corner is dusted and cleaned. There were mosquitos and bugs outside, so you definitely need bug spray. If you're looking for something more upscale, this probably isn't the place for you.

The only thing i liked of the property was that it was in Greece. And was not expensive. Very modest accommodation , and i’m not saying it because i’m a luxury seeker, however there were not basic things. Shower - there were not even a stand , you need to hold it at all times or just hang it down the floor. Hangers….in the bathroom - rusty hooks. Or just a nail nailed to the wall. Voila. Shall i mention that health and safety inspection would literally have closed the accommodation because of how dangerous and unsecured all the electricity/ AC was and water was dripping from upstairs balcony straight on my head on my terrace. The poor owner was a guy who assumed to be a host of such accommodation just seating on a chair all day long. Observing. The garden could benefit from simple flowers/ flower pots , some details - little finishing touch would have made that place at least acceptable. In the kitchen all the basics was down to a pot, a pan, few dishes. If the house is full of guests well then you need to be quick - to grab the pot and pan first so you could cook. A sign “no fish cleaning in the kitchen”. Ok. We cooked some prawns and we were told off- didn’t we see the sign. Bloody hell, the feeling was at all time like i’m back to school and have done something wrong. The host was not that much a host , but a warden- a warden of his precious house , which I would not recommend at all. Well, ok , you can sleep there for a night. Until you find something decent , where you can feel like a human being.

The lack of simple homely atmosphere. Rude host. Well he was not rude, he was what he was. I don’t think he is fit to be a proper host. Grumpy and easily irritated. Pity…. Some people see the tourists like a walking purse. There you two beds, A/C and shower. What ? You didn’t like it? Frig off. Next?

Excelent place, excelent owner! He changed our room for free after first night, and did his best in taking care of us. The place is fantastic, perfevt for those who seek peace amd quiet, together with the excelent seaview. Many thanks Athina, we will surely coome back!

Nothing

The house is unfindable, there is no location and gps couldn’t find it 1 hour, because it doesn’t exist no where in waze or google maps. Place is on the road so its very noisy all night long , dusty and super dirty. We were short of blankets and pillows and bathroom was in horrible condition. Hot water comes in 20 minutes and if you are lucky you can take a shower , but there is some bad odor and place was super disgusting. Also the don’t provide baby cot at the facility so if you go there you have to bring it with you. With a couple of words if you want to destroy your vacation , this is the right placeto be. Disgusting!!!

Very clean, strategic position, wi-fi ok

The owner made our stay pleasant. He was very helpful. A true vfm stay, if you're on a budget.

The room was descent but the facility is a bit old. Other than that everything was fine.
