Location, newly renovayed rooms. Comfortable beds. Quiet location at night. Parking in close proximity

Reception staff should leave a sign on the door if the reception is unattended for a little while whilst attending to other guests

Location, staff, comfort

No lift to bring suitcases up but it wasn't that bad. Also the 3rd floor couldn't access the patio area to sit in sun.
