the hotel was located close to the social event which drew us to Kozani. The facility is clean the staff are helpful

The location was amazing, it is close to the city center and has enough parking space in the neighborhood. The hotel staff is very polite, the breakfast is very satisfying and both rooms and the public areas are spotless! The room was very spacious! I recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay!

The curtains in the room should be heavier so that it is dark in the morning.

Hotel Katerina offered excellent value for money. I was somewhat skeptical when booking due to the affordable price, two-star rating, and the images (CRT television...), but the hotel turned out to be very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, and although the location was slightly off the beaten path, it was still within reasonable walking distance from the city center. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, providing enough sustenance, especially for me as a business traveler. I would book the same place again without hesitation.

Excellent bed and mattress from Coco-mat. Friendly staff.

Needs some renovation. Very poor breakfast.
