The staff and the quality of service offered. The food was amazing, especially breakfast. The quality of the accommodation.

Schöne Lage, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, gute Küche, leckere Cocktails, nicht zu voll und überlaufen (wie viele andere Hotels auf Mykonos).

Man musste immer Bescheid sagen, wenn Housekeeping die Zimmer reinigen soll, es wäre einfacher, wenn sie einfach kommen würden wenn auf „grün“ geschaltet ist.

The breakfast was excellent and the location amazing.

We found our room a bit small and uncomfortable. The wardrobe was too small for two people and there was only one sink in the bathroom

As someone who has stayed at various hotels in the island, this has been my best experience so far! Hotel has a great location in Ornos, great view from most rooms. Rooms are very modern and nicely decorated. All facilities are new, they have nice breakfast and great food. You have everything you need in the room. . Staff are fantastic. Concierge is extremely helpful, always available to be reached immediately through WA. Marcos and his staff running the lower area pool are great. Rooms are nicely cleaned, balconies are beautiful. Overall, it is a great hotel!

Transportation from the hotel to anywhere is way too expensive. If you call outside cars, it costs 50-60 euros and if you would like their drivers ( who are fantastic)- you are charged 80 (!)euros to most areas. Hotel cars should be even less expensive for guests but its the other way around. If you call other car services, you get better prices and 80 euros with the hotels cars to most detinations is not justified and not correct in my opinion. It must be more affordable for guests. I would suggest a chair in the balconies for guests. Fitness center could have been at a higher floor with some windows looking outside. Showers should have a little corner to hold personal belongings in my opinion.

It is the nicest boutique hotel I have been to. The hotel is beyond beautiful! The view is amazing. Thre are two pools overlooking the sea! Just breathtaking! The breakfast was very delicious. Everyday we got something nice like a hat or delicious chocolate. For me the small details are very important so I loved that Nespresso coffee machine was in my room, I loved that the hairdryer was Parlux which I think is one of the best. I truly enjoy staying there.

The property was beautifully designed, perfectly situated so that every area of the hotel had incredible views, the food and staff were amazing.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property!
