The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, all it takes is a short walk. The hotel's parking is just behind the hotel, and there is a side entrance, which makes unpacking a breeze. The view from our room was astonishing, see the pic. The WiFi used is version 7, which was a nice surprise, although it did not work very well in our room, at the end of the building.

The noise from the main road was expected, but our indoor AC unit was so loud we barely slept the first night. The biggest letdown was the breakfast - although it had various items, the food quality was appalling. Hams were inedible, you could cut the Greek yogurt with a knife, and the orange juice tasted like someone dissolved an orange pen in the water. The elevator does not exist, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs.

This hotel is perfect. The owners are amazingly helpful and friendly. We loved the breakfasts and there was an amazing variety of food to choose from. The beach was across the road and had a beach bar and free sunbeds and umbrellas. This I would say was one of the best hotels we have stayed in, in Greece.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The property was right across from the beach which a was nice to wake up too, in the morning. The breakfast had many options and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Ideally located for Porto Heli, and Kostas to pop over to Spetses. Husband unfortunately had had a fall before our short break, but he found access very easy as there are things in place for people with limited abilities. The breakfast table gave excellent choice for everyone, whatever your choice and plenty of it. The coffee was divine. Very clean inside and out. The staff were all very helpful and always had a smile.

Air conditioning units are a little noisy, but if you close the double glazing it helps.

Very well maintained, super clean, great breakfasts, and lovely staff. What more can one ask for?
