Superb location, room service every day, a realyy cool pool with a lifeguard

The location was good

There were a few things that made our stay unpleasant. Firstly the lack of hot water especially in the evening when you need it the most. Secondly the fridge was not working so we couldn't freeze our ice packs or have cold water/drinks. Thirdly, our free breakfast was not only poor in choice but quality too as some products were not fresh. Lastly the aircon unit was fairly old making a lot of noise as well as the temp could not be adjusted up so it was constantly on 16degC.

Short walk from the beach

The atmosphere in the hotel very marked by efforts to save - the hotel is dark, hallways are dark and light only on for a second if you turn on the switch, the rooms are not at all spacious and the beds are really uncomfortable, and the “breakfast buffet” has no no quality - no fresh milk, no good bread, eggs are dark blue and even the yoghurt is not of Greek quality. Pool only opens at 10 for some reason.

Very close to Panormos beach- 3 minute walk. Simple breakfast, but I could not eat much anyways because of the hot weather- so I will not be objective on that. Room no.23e was for 3 people, 2 rooms. 1 sofa bed in living room, double bed seperately in other room, huge balcony, bathroom with all you need. I was satisfied.

Maybe more comfortable matrasses are needed and pillows, but again- depends what you are ok with.

The rooms and hotel are a bit outdated

Lovely authentic vibe, traditional Greek hotel, home from home. Breakfast included with lots of variety at such great value. Near to sea front on the flat too.

The hotel is very familiar and cosy. The employees are gentle and we felt very well welcomed. Thanks to Giannis, Marta and the other lady at the breakfast/rooms! The shower quality was excellent and the gardens are beautifully kept. The location is perfect, just a few steps from Panormos beach. The room was very spacious, with a big terrasse and partial sea view.

The breakfast could have some variety from day to day. We stayed for 9 nights and every morning was served the same itens. Even the fruits were the same! The hotel decoration is a bit old fashioned, but it's just a matter of taste. It's not a modern hotel!
