Beautiful room, pool area and location! Porter was incredible, carrying our luggage up and down the stairs. Staff were very friendly, terrific restaurant recommendations.

There are many stairs in all the hotels in Santorini, so this is not isolated to Agali.

The staff were amazing, everyone from the pool guy, the reception, and everyone else in between. A special mention to the bag porter for carrying our bags up and down the stairs. The property has breath taking views and the room also exceeded expectations. The location was also good, just a short walk into Fira.

There are a lot of stairs but this would deter me from booking again. Good way to exercise whilst on holidays!

The balcony and terrace were large and provided a great view of the caldera, sea, and sunset. It was sublime!!

Breakfast was plentyful with a good variety. Staff were exceptional very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and the view stunning. The whole hotel was very clean and the rooms cleaned daily to a high standard.

I cannot find anything negative to say about this hotel
