"Nice hotel but too expensive for what it is"

The hotel itself is beautiful and the pool area has great views.

In terms of value for money, the hotel is too expensive for what it offers. The rooms are small and the carports smell moldy. There are hotels of higher standards for the same money.

Beautiful Mountain View’s and super stylish rooms

Check in could be improved, we had to figure out how everything worked, would have been nice to have suggestions of what to do in the area on arrival.

Extraordinary service, individual attention. Beautifully designed buildings and carefully tended mediterranean gardens. Stunning views, short walk to wonderful Almiros Beach, or just a few meters to a small private beach. Quiet, elegant, and relaxing. An unforgettable memory.

"Incredible hotel with ever better service"

The hotel is stunning - beautifully situated with views of the Cretan mountains in one direction and Agios Nikolaos in the other. The perfect place for a restful break in the sunshine. As for the team at The Island Concept, I can’t say enough good things about them - if the hotel alone is a 9/10, they make it an overall 11/10 experience. Super professional and knowledgable whilst also being friendly and welcoming. They had the best recommendations and really took care of every guest perfectly. The best I have experienced - particular thanks to Dennis and Christos and the wonderful restaurant and bar team!

Absolutely loved everything - the room, the breakfasts, the pool, the serenity, the service. Best hotel we've ever been to.

Absolutely nothing! If we were going to nit pick, heavier weights in the gym.

"Nearly fantastic"

Nearly everything was perfect. The view from the room and pool was stunning, the pool and bar gorgeous, the room excellent.

The food in the restaurant in the evening. It was ok - but only just. I would expect better.
