Great hotel and great, helpful staff

Staff were so helpful & friendly. Great location, easy short walk to the harbour, shops & restaurants. Lovely pool and loungers & pool side bar. Hotel & rooms tastefully decorated, fresh towels daily

We recently visited this hotel with my sister during the Orthodox Easter holiday, and everything was absolutely wonderful. The room, the pool, the kitchen, and the hotel breakfast were all excellent. Everything was spotless, and whatever we needed, the staff made sure to help us with right away. They also arranged all our transfers, and our driver was incredibly polite and professional — just like every member of the team, from the pool staff to housekeeping and reception. The most delightful surprise was the Easter buffet and all the traditional treats. Truly, there wasn’t a single negative thing to say. A perfect stay from start to finish!

We loved our stay, we were looked after throughout and the staff were lovely, especially Stella who welcomed us so kindly!

Everything about the property was absolutely exceptional. The entire property was very clean and all the staff were beyond excellent! They made our honeymoon trip better than we could’ve ever imagined! We absolutely loved this place and we will be returning soon!

Absolutely nothing

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool area with a bar and food to enjoy whilst relaxing. The breakfast was a massive bonus, we thoroughly enjoyed! Very quick walk to town, great location.

Beds were a little too soft for us.

Perfect location to explore Naousa and the surrounding areas, and really close to the beach, a few minutes walk away. Going into the town centre takes 5mins if you walk fast, where you can explore the shops, bars and restaurants. The team at Sandaya were all superb, friendly, welcoming, and made the stay special. Special thanks to Stella and Helen for providing great recommendations and guidance. The hotel itself was lovely, boutique, the pool area was super relaxing, and the cocktails served were always superb. I don't normally spend time at hotel pools but I loved it there. The breakfast included is perfect to set you up for the day ahead. Will stay there again

The facility was beautiful and they had everything you needed on site! The staff was very helpful and made us feel right at home! The room was comfortable and cozy with a great view of the pool and the town.

Our only complaint was with the bathroom, the shower did not have a curtain or door so the water got everywhere and made the room slippery!
