The location is central and good for the Port or bus. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. Shower pressure was also good and we found the firm bed comfortable.

As mentioned in many of the reviews, the presentation of the public areas of the hotel (e.g. lobby, restaurant) differs vastly from the state of the rooms. The room was not four star quality. The bathroom was scruffy with lots of mould on the tiles and very old fixtures. The air con worked fairly well but pumped out an unpleasant smell that made the room smell damp. The walls/ceiling were also scruffy and had not been decorated for some time. There was no tea or coffee provided in the room but there was a kettle which is quite a strange thing to include. On the whole the room was just very depressing to be in. It is clear that this hotel has been given a four star rating due to it ticking ‘facilities’ boxes such as a pool and a restaurant. It is not because the accommodation is four star quality. I would describe it as a low end three star room which, for around £200 per night, isn’t good value for money at all.

I loved everything about the property , the location was perfect near the water and the local Restaurants and the staff at the motel We very friendly , helpful.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. My room was upgraded. I had an accident the night before my arrival and everyone was very kind and considerate. My room overlooked the marina, was spacious and clean. The bathroom was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was amazing, everything anyone could want. Continental, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and cooked breakfast items too.

Its two different hotels. The entrance and rooms in the front are renovated and new while the back of the hotel is a very old building, its dirty, loud and not even 2 star hotel. However, they charge an enormous price and if you are not lucky you end up in a outdated room ( and there are a lot of them, also in the basement) with mold in the bathroom, everything is broken, looking at a free public parking where there is parking and driving going on all night. I booked a room with inner courtyard view on purpose!, to avoid the noise from the streets, I got a room overlooking the huge parking (see photo) and they told me that it IS an inner courtyard view. Its false information on the website AND on booking. When we complained they told us there is no other room (only the same on different floor) and that it is an inner courtyard view. I have never, ever experienced such thing on Booking.com in more than 10 years. As we had our flight the next day (we stayed for one night), we could not change the hotel. We stayed in a noisy, completely outdated filthy room with a bathroom full of mold, the toilet seat was yellow, the bathtub shower was broken and we had to pay 260 Euro for one night. We complained at booking.com and did not get an anwer at all. Worst experience I ever had in a holiday. I rather stay in a 2 star Hotel, they are more honest.

What truly made our stay warm and memorable was the wonderful team working there. They were genuinely helpful, always friendly, and served with such heartfelt care. A special thanks to Harris and Kristo for their constant support and the kindness and smiles they shared with us throughout our stay.
