The design of the hotel, the rooms etc. is all lovely, spread out across a hill with beautiful nature. We had a room with a pool, all as expected and comfortable. The porter staff and cleaners were all really nice (especially Ziad) and helpful too. The complementary products of the hotels own brand in the bathroom was a really nice touch. Also my husband had a massage at the spa and really enjoyed it.

A few parts of the experience just don’t hit the price mark, not all of it can be helped by the hotel. 1) the food at the 2 restaurants just isn’t great, it all looks the part, instagram ready, but the flavours / quality / choice does not stand up to it. It feels like a lot of the menus are re-using ingredients from other parts of the menu e.g. in Gaia a lot of the dishes come with ‘home made fries’ such as the club sandwich which is actually just some roasted whole potatoes and at least during our stay both restaurants were almost empty for lunch and dinner. The issue is that it’s quite hard to find good food around the hotel without driving because of the location. We also on a few occasions had to wait for the bill, or for our coffees to arrive at breakfast despite there being 3-4 numbers of staff in an empty restaurant. Other than food, the pools are quite small and one of the main ones is right where reception is, just doesn’t feel very relaxing, new people arriving and checking out all the time. Feels like it’s there more for the design rather than actually to be used. The other main deck / pool is nicer but I was really shocked by the fact that it doesn’t seem to be encouraged to use a shower before getting in, so there were a lot of very sweaty people getting straight in to quite a small pool. I think in general the vibe of this hotel is more influencer / design focused rather than refined 5* experience - some people want that and there’s nothing wrong with it I just don’t think the price is really worth the experience

Everything. F Zeen is magical from the moment you arrive. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the entire property is simply stunning. Luxury and wellness are woven into every part of the experience. The daily schedule of yoga, fitness and wellness classes is incredible, the spa is beautiful, and the crystal-clear beach is one of the most peaceful places to spend the day. The food is exceptional, the staff are so warm and welcoming, and there is a sense of calm throughout the whole retreat that makes it the perfect place to truly switch off and recharge. And the Greek food? Some of the best I’ve had and I’m Cypriot myself.

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und herzlich. Die Sportangeboten sind hervorragend.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis der Garden-Zimmerkategorie ist nicht gerechtfertigt und unserer Meinung nach zu teuer. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist sehr gut. Die Eierspeisen und der Kaffee könnte besser sein. Der Cappuchino mit Hafermilch hatte keinen Schaum und die Eierspeisen war teilweise zu überkocht.

Quiet; perfect for couples needing to escape a busy life. Staff were always more than happy to help.

Maybe the only thing would be not enough drawer space in our room.

The facilities were excellent, staff lovely and food was perfect.

It seemed early in the season as the staff maybe weren’t as attentive at lunch / dinner.

Beautiful setting, stunning gardens and sea views, fantastic outdoor gym and wellness classes at the start and end of the days. Breakfast was a delight, healthy and good variety of choices. Staff were so friendly and kind, the beach set up was great - Lourdata is a small but sweet little town, very relaxing break for a reset - would recommend

Open plan of the room was visually pleasant but not enough space for clothes, and the shower in our room would overflow onto the floor in the rest of the bathroom so not the best set up there. Surprised to find out there’s an added premium to play tennis on the courts. All minor things that could potentially be easily adjusted and didn’t impact the overall experience
