We liked the large modern family room, kids club, good quality food, cleanliness, staff were very friendly

Guests put towels down on loungers very early and don’t always use the beds.

The staff were so awesome, so helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Konstantin! He was our favorite! The hotel property is beautiful and well maintained. The views, the beach, the food were all great.

Unfortunately a lot of smokers at the beach who are hotel guests.., we couldn't get away from the cigarette smell...people were putting their cigarettes in the sand and not cleaning up, so you would step on them... It was sad to see...as some minor feedback.. maybe the hotel can dedicate a smoker section for such people.
