the bay with the island in front is really nice, the water slides for children are a lot of fun, trendy furniture at the restaurant and bar with an nice sea view

poor quality at breakfast and dinner and variety lacks behind compared to other 4* hotels + very noisy; customer service does not exist during the booking / reservation process (only standardised replies) - be aware that you have to pay via an external platform, thankfully booking.com helped us out; expensive late checkout; we asked for a quiet room, confirmation was not possible, the room then faced the theatre of the other hotel and a generator with an annoying sound (even with closed windows), we booked sea view which in fact was what is usually called partial sea view; poor value-for-money ratio for the suite

Was a very pretty location, food and drink in all the hotel, even on the beach.

Cocktails were not the best and food was decent but could be better.

The organisation and regular routine of the staff. They irk tirelessly and with such good heart for their guests. I cannot fault a single one of them.

For us the hotel was predominantly for young families. Everything is run for young children. Pool area was deficient of lounger mattresses and could have benefitted from waiter drinks service.

Friendliness of the personnel. Cleaness overall. Nice facilities.

The quality of food could be better. Facilities are nice but old and need renovation. Sun beds(on the beach)are destroyed so we took our towels and lay on the sand.

Good choice of food at mealtimes, very clean and tidy, friendly staff, good selection of snacks, beach bar for drinks & food, great beach for snorkelling

Swimming pools were quite cold
