Arte & Mare Elia Luxury Suites and Villas

Location of this property is excellent: it is only a few steps from the beach. There are two excellent restaurants on the beach. Our suite was clean and comfortable even though a little outdated (some people say their rooms were modern, ours was not, but it wasn’t a big deal). There was a little kitchen with mini refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave, coffee maker. They made sure we had bottles of water in the fridge every day. The mini pool was kids favorite feature: they spent hours in it. The views from our rooms were incredible. Breakfast was excellent: pastries, salads, fruits, cereals, coffee to order, crepes and egg dishes also to order. They provide free shuttle to town 3 times a day. They also provide airport transfer, which is not free but punctual and efficient. The staff is also very attentive. In fact, they set up a chat in WhatsApp upon our arrival, and all questions and concerns got handled very quickly and efficiently. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and could not recommend them enough.

Das es sich für uns als Paar um eine besondere Reise handelte, wurde leider nicht berücksichtigt. Zum Frühstück und zum Strand musste man 350m bergab und wieder zurück bergauf gehen. Am Strand konnte man erst ab der 3. Reihe ohne 70€ Aufpreis liegen. Klimaanlage hat leider auch nach mehrmaligen Erfragen nicht richtig funktioniert, weswegen es im Zimmer warm und teilweise stickig war. Am Pool gab es Lifeguards, leider hat einer von ihnen des öfteren, gegen die Poolregeln, in dem Bereich geraucht.

Am avut o experiență absolut minunată la Arte & Mare Elia! Totul a fost la superlativ, de la primul până la ultimul moment. Locația este superbă, chiar pe malul mării, oferind priveliști spectaculoase și o atmosferă perfectă pentru relaxare. Camerele sunt foarte frumoase, amenajate cu mult bun gust, impecabil de curate și extrem de confortabile. Complexul dispune de mai multe piscine superbe, astfel încât ai mereu posibilitatea să alegi locul ideal pentru o baie relaxantă sau pentru a te bucura de soare. Întregul personal merită toate aprecierile – oameni calzi, profesioniști, atenți la fiecare detaliu și mereu dornici să ajute. Ne-am simțit răsfățați și cu adevărat bineveniți pe toată durata șederii. Mâncarea a fost excelentă, preparată cu grijă și servită impecabil, iar serviciile oferite au depășit toate așteptările noastre. Se vede că aici se pune suflet în tot ceea ce se face. Mulțumim întregii echipe pentru ospitalitate și pentru experiența de neuitat! Ne-am simțit extraordinar și cu siguranță vom reveni. Recomandăm din toată inima Arte & Mare Elia tuturor celor care își doresc o vacanță relaxantă, într-un loc deosebit, unde fiecare detaliu este gândit pentru confortul oaspeților.

Essendo andati a fine maggio pensavamo che la piscina privata in camera fosse riscaldata. Non era specificato da nessuna parte che fosse riscaldata solo con un altro tipo di camera.

Location and staff were amazing . Beautiful spot in the beach and close to transport links

The actual property is very dark, tired and not very nice. We were so disappointed after a late night arrival to be put in a dingy room. The private pools are not big enough to swim in and actually had paint flaking in them . We then moved up to the villas ( at cost!) and the employees went over and above to salvage our trip and situation . I would have been out of there in a shot otherwise . Such a shame as with a little maintenance this could be a real gem
