The hotel's location on Elia Beach is unparalleled. We woke up to the sound of the waves and enjoyed breathtaking views throughout the day. The suite was spacious and well-appointed, and the beach service was excellent. It's the perfect base for exploring Mykonos while enjoying a peaceful retreat.

The welcoming attitude of the staff made a strong impression right away. The suite was airy, bright, and equipped with quality features. The beach staff provided discreet but attentive service, and the restaurant offered fresh options suitable for different tastes. Everything felt peaceful and comfortable from morning to night.

The location on Elia Beach is stunning, and the atmosphere feels exclusive without being pretentious. Each interaction with the staff was polite and efficient. Common areas were tidy and fragrant, while the suite offered plenty of space and amenities. The overall experience felt calm, safe, and thoughtfully managed.

The property has an inviting charm that immediately sets the tone for relaxation. The team handled transportation and local tips with ease, and the beachfront services were impressive. The room décor was refreshing, with quality linens and well-maintained facilities that made spending time indoors equally enjoyable.

Great staff, loved the beach. Got upgraded to private pool villa due to low season. Excellent breakfast. Comfy mattress.

Wir verbrachten unseren 10-tägigen Erholungsurlaub im Arte & Mare Hotel und waren von Anfang an begeistert. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und konnten unsere Zeit hier in vollen Zügen genießen. + sehr leckeres Frühstück & frische Omelettes, Crêpes, etc. + äußerst freundliches und empathisches Personal + sehr saubere Hotelanlage + tolle Lage, wunderschönes Meer, kostenlose Liegen & Sonnenschirme am Strand + erholsame Poolanlagen + kostenlose Strandtücher + kostenloses Shuttle in die Stadt und ggf. zum Frühstück/Strand (ca. 5min Fußweg, perfekt als Morgenspaziergang)

Duschvorhänge bei den Duschen hätten dem Reinigungspersonal etwas Arbeit erspart

Estar mesmo em frente á praia, e da carta do jantar, apesar de pouca variedade era sem dúvida de bastante qualidade, muito bom mesmo!

Para umas suites de luxo deixa muito a desejar, um pouco degradado e sem manutenção, assim como a piscina no quarto muito degradada podiam melhorar sem dúvida.... Pequeno almoço sempre repetitivo e muito fraquinho!

The hotel was next to The beach

Pretty much everything. The hotel was not in anyway a luxury property. 3 star at best . The sofa etc was stained . The bathroom was mouldy and rusty . Lights missing . Dirty curtains . The advertised private kitchen was at best a cupboard containing a sink and hotplate but it was unusable as a kitchen as there were no pans. No microwavable pans . No knives, no chopping boards no utensils. Zero. Only cutlery in case you order room service . Fridge leaking water . Elia beach has no mini market or shop or anything at all . The hotel offers to take you to a mini market at a cost of €35 ! Talk about exploitation. The free shuttle they advertise which is essential as you are 40 mins away from Mykonos with infrequent buses is not running. The morning shuttle cancelled ! So go pay 5eur each to get to town . We Waited for the free return shuttle at night - it not turn up so pay €50 euro taxi fare back. Last bus 6pm. Hotel say last bus later than this . They don’t even have up to date information . We paid extra for a pool on the balcony which was dirty and unheated so unusable . Busy noisy main road at the side of balcony which smells awful from the two stroke mopeds and busy delivery wagons . Not relaxing at all . No mini bar No DVD. No English channels on tv. Breakfast no bread choices only a husk . Chef dosnt know how to make poached eggs or soft boiled eggs . Everything is Steeped in oil . We were so disappointed this was our luxury escape that we saved for 3 years for ! Even on the beach we were moved from pillar to post with different operators disagreeing which sun beds were the allocated Elia beach ones making us feel inferior . So we packed up and went back to the room .
