I don't like the room

services is not available in the hotel

I feel got cheated, no Hotel Sunrise exist. Does Booking .com knows this. GST got charged, but no GST Bill given, they do not have any bill/invoice. mobile no. 9820648281nilesh and 7518724912 vishal, took the money and given no receipt or bill, kept saying Booking.com will give, but booking . com also does not have any email id or phone number. Its cheating,

No hotel name, no security, no proper water, facn not working, no room service. I felt cheated and decided will never do booking with Booking.com. Surprise how can you give advertisement for a hotel which does not exist, does not have any board, one dirty place, shere one person is seating and taking money on name of Hotel Sunrise with GST, and not giving any GST Invocie, i paid Rs. 2822 to a person Vishal Sing in his personal name. Please do not cheat like this.

Clean room.

The room was much smaller than the pictures suggested. The balcony was practically just a window. Cramped and stuffy. The air conditioning barely worked, and the shower was poor as well.

My booking was cancelled last time.

It showed that there is bathtub. But there was no bathtub in the room. There was no phone in the room to call to the reception we ourselves has to come down to ask the water the bed was not cleaned dirty stains on the bed. Found big hairs bathroom was not clean AC was not working we asked for plates they made us wait the stay was very much disappointing very bad experience
