I booked a last-minute suite just an hour before check-in, and I was pleasantly surprised when the front desk team reached out to me via WhatsApp ahead of our arrival. The guest services agent was extremely responsive, promptly confirming that the room was ready and available. Upon arrival, she continued to be very helpful, offering thoughtful local recommendations and suggesting itineraries that made it easier for us to plan our stay. The suite itself was spacious and comfortable, and ending the day in the jacuzzi after exploring the island was truly the perfect way to unwind.
