Atrium Prestige Thalasso Spa Resort & Villas

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The surroundings were great, the service was top and the food was delicious. We also really appreciated the efforts of the staff and management of the hotel during the wildfires. They were there to help and serve thousands of people that were gathered from other evacuated hotels. Maybe we found it a little annoying that the hotel guests had to wait in the queue for entering the restaurant, but we could understand that this was a special occasion, and everybody was served. This hotel staff was amazing, real heroes! At some point, we were told that the roads were closed, so the staff of the second or third shift couldn't reach the hotel, not even food supply trucks. We felt so lucky we were in such a safe place and could continue normally with our holiday relaxation the next days. Already looking for coming back soon, hopefully in October.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Atrium Prestige in Rhodes, and I must say it was an experience beyond compare. From the moment I stepped foot into the elegant lobby, I knew I was in for a treat. The exceptional staff at this resort went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of extraordinary. Upon arrival, the warm and friendly front desk staff welcomed me with genuine smiles, making me feel instantly at ease after a long journey. They efficiently checked me in, and throughout my stay, they were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests I had, all while maintaining their professionalism and enthusiasm. However, the true highlight of my stay was the outstanding service provided by the Hotel Manager. This individual seemed to have an uncanny ability to anticipate the needs of every guest, including mine. They went out of their way to ensure that each aspect of my stay was perfect, making me feel like a valued and cherished guest throughout the entire duration of my visit. The accommodation was luxurious and exquisitely appointed, offering stunning views of the surrounding natural beauty that Rhodes is renowned for. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities truly elevated the overall experience. Housekeeping maintained the room impeccably, and any additional requests I made were promptly and courteously fulfilled. In conclusion, my stay at Atrium Prestige in Rhodes was a dream come true, largely thanks to the exceptional staff that made me feel like royalty throughout my visit. Their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine care truly set this resort apart from the rest. I cannot recommend Atrium Prestige highly enough, and I am already looking forward to returning to create more beautiful memories in this idyllic haven.

Despite the very challenging situation due to the wildfires in Rhodes, we have nothing but the best to say about this wonderful resort and its lovely staff who helped literally thousands of guests who evacuated from nearby hotels, including many families with young children. Words, can’t describe how lucky we felt. We were there to witness the sacrifice and generosity of the staff firsthand and will definitely visit the resort again as we had a fantastic stay overall. We didn’t like the behaviour of a minority from the guests who arrived from nearby hotels, that was quite ungrateful and entitled. Thankfully, they stayed only for a day as they were eventually transferred.

The room view was amazing! The private swimming pool met our expectations (daily cleaning!). The staff always had a personal approach and even approached us by our names. We stayed during the forest fires and I am proud of the hotel stepping up and helping around 4000 tourists from other hotels who had to evacuate. On that note, the hotel staff worked around the clock to ensure that our experience is still of the highest level despite everything.

Service levels were good, rooms were very clean and staff is very helpful, good variety in food, buffets were excellent

Missed fresh orange juice at breakfast, quality of the food in the a-la-carte restaurants could use a boost. Service in Italian (prestige) restaurant could use some attention

Always very clean and felt under capacity even though it was fully booked. The food choices were great and the staff were always very keen to please. Anias the general manager always ensures that the stay is seamless and every guest feels special.
