Great central location. Really helpful staff. Good quality room.

A bit noisy because located on a busy pedestrian corner. Upper story room was better.

Central location, spacious, clean.

The main bathroom being separate to the shower room was a bit inconvenient when getting ready.

Wonderfully decorated hotel with large modern rooms and located right in the old city area.

Unfortunately no hot water when we wanted to shower early morning

Perfect location inside Old Town, with neighbouring restos and bars, near the bus stop going to the lovely beaches. Looks quite new, very stylish and pristine. Loved it

A bit dark - street level

Good location in the Chania Town, near shops and restaurants. Great walkable area, close to bus terminal. Room was good size, bed comfortable, large shower, decor was fun.

Room location was on the ground floor. Somewhat busy area near a taverna which closed around 10p. After hours noise/music by random groups was so loud we were unable to sleep despite ear plugs. Pedestrian path in front of hotel was also frequented by motorcycles. Noise abated around 3a. DO NOT recommend ground floor room if you require reasonable sleep schedule.
