Fileas Art Hotel

The location was superb and the apartment was very spacious, and well furnished. The decoration was eclectic, but also done with 'fun and flair'. The refrigerated water was very welcome and a nice touch.

Being well located also meant a lot of noise from the street, but this was generally over with by about 11pm. The big issue for us was that the very bright 'exit night light' was placed directly facing the bed which meant little to no sleep unless you had a eye mask on! Some minimal kitchen facilities would have been nice given.

The room was large and the decoration was great. The location was very central and easy to find. Bed was very comfy too, and the air conditioning worked very well. The communication from the hotel was very good and very clear.

A better view, but you can't have everything! And the chairs in the room were stylish but uncomfortable.

Great location and price. Comfortable bed and spacious room and shower.

Since we were on the ground floor it was very loud all night and the emergency exit light was extremely bright.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Room was very clean and spacious.

The walls are very thin and you can hear EVERYTHING outside. I woke up multiple times throughout the night to tourists yelling outside our door 3-4am. There was also an exit sign/ smoke alarm that was very bright in the room when lights were off.

Very loud air conditioning unit, the constant light above the door that was impossible to turn off and therefore we could keep well in semi-darkness. The check-in -and-out time is too strict for today’s travelers since most are dependent of flights that can’t accommodate the rigorous check-in and check-out times the hotel imposes.

Beautiful little hotel in the heart of the city. Loved the room!
