It was a nightmare staying in this hotel. We were 5 couples in which two of the couple had infants. At night we wanted extra cutlery in which we just wanted two extra plate for serving food and glass for milk for infants and they said it will cost extra 110 rupees for a plate. Like seriously, we were surprised that we have stayed in so many hotels but have never been charged extra for a single plate. They literally said that use the glasses u have in your room we don't have extra glass or plate. Additionally, the breakfast options were also very limited. The glasses which already were there in the room were stinking so we wanted clean glasses for our infants but they didn't provide. Worst experience of any stay till now. If u are with children and wanting to trace to lonavala kindly confirm on call before booking about all these hidden charges 😂

Food was good

Services not worth the money paid. Have to instruct the staff multiple times for the same thing. No value for money. Ambiance not as shown in the pictures. Pictures are just to lure. There are better deals than this ypu shall find
