Friendly spotless hotel, typical Greek style. All staff so kind. Our party arrived and departed at different times and the hotel facilitated early check in and late departure for my daughter. Beautiful room and cute breakfast served to the room each morning

The hotel is very aesthetic and has a cute little po. The rooms are decent size. The breakfast is good. Staff were great.

Wifi was awful, couldn’t even load a webpage so couldn’t research anything or book anything. We found out our flight change late because of it. The worst thing was I had a last minute interview at local time early morning and I could join the video call because of the connection and reception was not open yet. It was the morning after we arrived so didn’t realise the issue. We ended buying an esim which also didn’t have great reception inside the hotel. We did escalate this and I think engineers came to check but issue was not resolved. We also demonstrated the issue to staff. and I enquired about compensation given the issue but currently won’t be given.

The receptionist Joanna was AMAZING, my dad arrived a few days prior and she went above and beyond to make sure he was settled. She even took him to the bus stop to make sure he was able to get to his day trip. She was great!! The cleaner was also wonderful, our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and it made such a difference to the stay. This cute boutique hotel is a hidden gem, we had such a lovely time. Thank you for making us all feel so welcome :). I would also like to add, that I really enjoyed the breakfast, they bring it to your room daily at your chosen time and you can have it on your balcony. It was such a wonderful way to start our day :)

Nothing, everything was great! I would add, if you were planning to work remotely from there , the wifi can be glitchy. The whole island can be glitchy with data though depending on your network provider too.

Very friendly staff, very good communication and help with arrival, departure and dinner Organisation, perfectly clean, cute little pool, good location even though no view of the caldera, good breakfast. Any time again!!!

We loved everything about the stay!. It is on a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood- and just a few steps away from many many restaurants and little shops. What made this is stay so wonderful it is the hospitality of the super super hard working people. I have stayed in many hotels 5 starts and lower but this level of cleanliness you dont see so often! Impeccable place! If having a clean and friendly host its important this is a place for you!!! Breakfast was the perfect start of our day!! :)

We cant control other guests manners but in general you cant in any hotel.

Location was excellent and private . Food was amazing
