Customer service was great. Breakfast was ok too.

The shower drain was kind of clogged, water drained very slowly and created a pool. We reported the issue the first day and it was not fixed.

Location perfect, quiet, without external noise. Staff friendly and a breakfast at the balcony was perfect!

The bathroom was so tiny and the shower got everything wet.

Excellent location, only a couple minutes walk to the Caldera. The outlook to the pool was amazing and it was so relaxing. The breakfast was brought promptly every morning and there was a good choice on the menu to select. The staff were pleasant and kind.

The staff was highly trained and on some occasions even anticipated our needs (for example: we had to leave very early and they asked us if we needed a transfer). Well-kept structure (the external courtyard and the swimming pool were cleaned several times during the day), very large and very quiet room! We had a great time, thank you very much!

Sparkling clean, perfect quiet location, we stayed in room 3 for our honeymoon and it was fantastic. private balcony and sun loungers. the staff were incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. I’d stay again in a heartbeat. Also, your breakfast gets brought to your balcony/room every morning, perfect!

Very spacious room, spotlessly clean, comfortable. Close to great views, an easy walk to Fira.

The breakfast was a bit limited/not much variety. Having sunbeds on the large terrace was lovely, however they needed a mattress/cushion - very uncomfortable fairly quickly!

Very lovely little oasis in the pretty Imerovigli. Lots of smart little restaurants and bars within a 5/10 minute walk. Some are hidden almost down steps so take a good wander when you first arrive. The Aegean restaurant and Buddha bar are superb. The Confetti cafe is super for lunch too. Pricey but lovely views as best you could ever wish for. Stunning sunsets and views from the cliff again very close as you walk out in the evenings. The hotel itself is set within a calm, relaxed atmosphere and all arras and rooms are perfectly clean and spotless. Lovely little touches like candlelit lanterns in the evenings and a lovely breakfast tray brought to your room each morning. Lovely friendly staff and very helpful with local information, books to borrow in reception and airport transfers. Fira is just a 30 minute walk away - the bus back just €1.60 pp and easy to catch back to Imerovigli. Oia just again a bus ride away. Simply a lovely holiday. Thank you all at Casa Bianca! X

Nothing negative to say at all - the only advice is ladies bring flats for the climbs and steps l, buy bottled water at the supermarket just 2 mins walk from hotel. Generally prices are on the steeper side but well worth the views!

Gorgeous accommodation with staff who honestly couldn’t have done more to make our stay special. Breakfast on our balcony was amazing. Great location, close enough to Thira without the busyness, and easy to join the scenic hike route to Oia. Exceeded all expectations.
