The mattress on the pull out bed for my son smelt of cigarettes, they quickly change it but the sofa pull out beds are not comfortable

The pool , beach and restaurant

the only thing we liked was the pool area, all the rest the hotel looked run down esceially for a 5 start hotel , we are customed in staying in 5 star hotels this is not one of them in our mind it should between 2-3

read above, we only used it to sleep, we had slide doors that wouldnt lock, we had bathroom lights that didnt work, bathroom unclean, safe wasnt secure properley to the shelf, pillows not to standard, telephone in bathroom wire sticking out, all bathroom windows facing corridor and all windows open so when people go to toliet all smells are in main corridor.

the location was good, hotel is beach front. The personel is very helpful and friendly.

The property is a little bit old, need renovation.
