Good number of pools. Excellent and Hardworking staff in the Hotel and Restaurant. Friendly staff. Good food. Clean Rooms and corridors. Thoughtful Manager planning to leave some food for our late arrival.

Manager said he upgraded our rooms! Even then, we felt that one of our room is very small that did not match the pics. ( I wonder what would be the size if it was not upgraded!!) No information regarding the sight seeing in the Hotel rooms. The rental car service just out side the hotel have provided more information than the people in Hotel. No Complimentary Water given in the room in spite of weather of 37 degrees. No water fountains anywhere in the Hotel. No service for re-filling the water bottles! Air conditioning not enough in the big family room and have to request several times to provide fans!

Staff were very nice and helpful. Food is quite good. Pools are good.

Don’t get me wrong, the overall experience was nice. However, this hotel is presented as a 5 star hotel. This is not a 5 star hotel. A few less satisfying points: 1) We took half board for 3 persons. As half board you don’t access to the indoor pools at the spa. Not treatment of course, but not even the pools. 2) Air conditioning at the dining area is AWFUL! Very very hot. They say it’s air conditioned, but it doesn’t feel like that. 3) At dinner, they pretty much try to push you to buy drinks. There a small amount of water pitchers which are not even visible at the buffet area. You can’t get normal water at the table unless you pay. 4) Additional activities quite disappointing. Snooker costs money, table tennis outside next to the pool, which is obviously very hot. 5) Last night we had a HUGE amount of ants in the room. Had to switch room for the last night. The staff was helpful and came up with a solution quickly.

Wir wurden überaus höflich begrüßt und erhielten sogar zwei Gutscheine für das Abendbuffett, obwohl wir nur Frühstück gebucht hatten. Der Service im Restaurant ist großartig. Das Frühstücksbuffett war ausreichend, für jeden etwas dabei. Sogar lactosefreie Lebensmittel. Uns fehlte etwas mehr Auswahl an frischen Lebensmittel, wie Gemüse und Salate. Aber insgesamt war es völlig reichhaltig. Der hoteleigene Strand ist super schön, mit bequemen Liegen. Dort gibt es auch eingige Getränke und Speisen zur Auswahl. Auch der Poolbereich ist großzügig gestaltet. Aqua-Gymnastik ist sehr zu empfeheln, der Animateur gibt 200% und motiviert jeden!!:) Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Jeden Tag wurde nachgefragt, ob alles passt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder das Atrium Palace buchen!

Posizione stupenda, vicino alla bellissima Lindos e alle spiagge più belle. Personale accogliente e gentile, per loro contava soltanto soddisfare ogni desiderio degli ospiti. Un grazie particolare al PR MANAGER SAVVAS PAPANTONIOU che faceva tutto il possibile per accontentare gli ospiti.

Che la piscina era già inaccessibile dalle ore 19. Avrei voluto farmi un bagno notturno ma non si poteva.

The hotel is pretty good, but it’s far from the city, so you’ll need a taxi to get there. The on-site restaurants are okay, but nothing special. It’s easier to go outside the hotel where you can find cheaper and tastier food with better service. On the plus side, the breakfasts are very diverse, the beach is great, the rooms are excellent, and the cleaning service is good.

La qualité du personnel et du service en général, la propreté des lieux ! Le cadre, la chambre en suite vue mer exceptionnelle, superbes piscines, le côté très privé en bord de mer, et la situation géographique au milieu de la côte est, qui nous permet de rayonner facilement du nord au sud.la restauration est également sympa.

Lors du check out, nous avions le vol en fin de journée et nous pouvions donc profiter encore un peu de l'hôtel en première partie de journée. Nous avions donc la possibilité de manger encore au buffet du restaurant principal, en revanche le reste des consommations étaient finis dommage, cela nous était déjà payant si nous voulions boire un verre au bar de la piscine ou à la plage. Un petit manque de transats à la mer, qui souvent de bonne heure étaient tous déjà pris.
