Breakfast included and generous amounts of proper food and not just a 'continental.' Kettle in room very welcome.

De ligging is in het centrum en tegenover de jachthaven. Super!!! Het personeel is erg vriendelijk.

Het ontbijt was erg basic en de bedden zijn wel erg hard.

De vlotte afhandeling! Wegens het noodweer was de vlucht afgelast. Transfer werd geregeld ondanks de hevige regenval en het late uur. Met de glimlach!

There is practically no reception desk. There is somebody who answers a phone sometimes only, but not always. Half the lights were not working. There was only one power outlet per side on the bed and was occupied by two lamps. I asked for a multiple external power outlet with 3 plugs for my laptop, phone charger and the bedside lamp and the one they did bring me was half broken and only one plug was working. The bathroom is rather drab and depressing, very basic and the view from the bathroom window is not pleasant to say the least, as it overlooks something that resembles an industrial area. The view from the main windows/ balcony is good though and as advertised. The tv didn't have a remote and I wasn't provided one even though I asked for it repeatedly. There is no dining area and they use an adjacent Cafe restaurant as a breakfast and dining area. Respectable but the breakfast is very limited although it had the basics like toast, bacon and eggs. There is no elevator in the ground floor and you have to use the stairs to go to the first floor to get to the elevator. If you have suitcases you need assistance (just a waiter from the restaurant if there is someone available). There is a mini fridge in the room but it was unplugged and I had to wait for it to start cooling. Beware of that if you need a refrigerator for sensitive items.
