Localização excelente, ambiente limpo e agradável, café da manhã muito bom, funcionários gentis e atenciosos - nos ajudaram respondendo nossas dúvidas sobre passeios e outras coisas. O hotel tem um terraço superior com uma vista privilegiada dos 3 vulcões, Água, Acatenango e Fuego. Se tiver de retornar, ficarei hospedada neste hotel novamente. Recomendo.

A cama é um pouco desconfortável por causa das molas.

The noise of the kitchen/staff so close to the bedroom! Very loud early in the morning was less than ideal.

Comme toujours au Guatemala, le personnel est très gentil.

Les chambres sont minuscules, sont aveugles, pas de fenêtre à part un petit fenestron au dessus de la porte, un lavabo minuscule dans un coin, elles sont très bruyantes. Le site annonce « chambre avec terrasse vue sur le jardin », en fait de jardin c’est tour au plus un étroit patio. Cet hôtel n’a absolument aucun charme. C’est dommage de se poser dans un cadre aussi impersonnel, quand le centre ville regorge d’hôtels de charme dans des anciens bâtiments coloniaux, tous plus beaux les uns que les autres, avec des patios et jardins intérieurs magnifiques, pour à peine plus cher. Nous ne sommes pas allés au bout de notre réservation, nous sommes partis dans un autre hôtel. Quand la ville regorge de beau, pourquoi rester dans un hôtel avec zéro charme

NO TENGO COMENTARIOS PARA ELLO, PORQUE EL SERVICIO FUE EXCELENTE, Y LO RECOMENDARÉ CON MIS AMIGOS, ES MÁS, YA LO RECOMENDÉ CON UN AMIGO QUE ME INDICÓ QUE CUANDO PUEDA VIAJAR LO HARÁ Y VISITARÁ EL HOTEL

Buen hotel muy cerca de la zona turistica, el personal fue muy amable y tenia un buenisimo desayuno

el unico problema es la ducha y que el tamaño de la habitacion era un poco pequeño

The staff were warm and welcoming and are more than happy to help you practice Spanish. As a non native speaker, this was a super plus. The room was cozy and comfortable and the location couldn't be more convenient. The breakfast was delicious. The fryit bowl is HUGE! Antigua is a bustling hub full of color and friendly joy filled people.

The pillows were either hard or soft so I would suggest at least one in-between. If you are a larger sized person...which we were not...be prepared for an extra tight bathroom experience.
