Crowne Plaza Resort Guam

Very nice staff. Beautiful view from the room. Very nice bathroom. Beautiful pool area with a nice bar, great coffee drinks, and wonderful entertainment. Clean, warm ocean water that was fun to swim in.

The room is a little small and outdated. Very crowded hotel. A lot of kids screaming and crying at breakfast, so we did not go again. We liked it but it was too expensive for such a small room.

Location and facility

The check in is 3pm. We had to wait for 1 .5 hr to check in our room 4:30 at because the room wasn't ready.

少し施設は古め。ただし清潔感はある

Requested new bedding each day but only had our bed changed once throughout our whole stay even if we had placed the notice card on the bed. Layout of the furniture was taking up a bunch of space making the room a bit too crowded to move around

공항과 가깝고 바다와도 근접해있어서 좋았어요. 조식, 수영장, 객실 모두 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 너무 친절하셨어요!

수건이 더러웠어요😅

大人2人と子供2人（小学生と中学生）の4人で利用しました。ファミリールームが良かったのでこちらのホテルを選びましたが、施設も綺麗でアメニティやレンタル用品が充実していてとても満足でした。プールサイドのバーで軽食もとれたので、疲れて食べに行くのが面倒な時に便利でした。ホテルの雰囲気も良くゆったり過ごす事ができました。夜は外でスモアをサービスしてくれたり生演奏があったり、子供も大人も楽しめるホテルだと思います。

フリーWi-Fiがあるとフロントで案内がありましたが、パスワードがわからず、部屋には案内がなかったので使用できませんでした。 日本語は通じないのであれこれ教えて欲しい方は英語を使わないと聞けないと思います。
