BAD smell in rooms ,no water in the toilet!

La ubicación, las instalaciones, la amabilidad del personal, la comida y las bebidas, el mar, todo estuvo delicioso. la habitacion era mucho mejor de la que esperaba en la foto, y en general todos se portaron muy bien, muy atentos a todo lo que uno necesitaba.

ofrecen un paquete todo incluido, de este los empleados tienen muy poca información, la recepcionista que nos lo vendió cometió un error y aun asi fue demasiado amable, sin embargo creo que mas que culpa de ella es error de la administración, creo que no tienen muy bien informado al personal de cómo funciona el todo incluido y por eso mismo los empleados no transmiten bien la información, puesto que no solo ella sino la gran mayoría deben preguntar mucho con cualquier cosa relacionada con el todo incluido, esta desinformación nos costó casi 500 dólares extra, todos fueron muy amables y trataron de solucionarlo pero igual, insisto que no creo que sea culpa de la recepcionista si no de la administración en general que no capacita a su personal correctamente

La recepción fue muy amable Eramos 17 personas y rápido nos ubicaron. La piscina muy relajante.

We stayed for 3 nights. It was a good value Oceanview diving resort in a quiet area with a restaurant/bar. Our lodging included breakfast. My husband and I were welcomed by Jorge when we checked in who was very friendly, welcoming, and informative. He also was our dive master during our first day diving. We went on 2 dives with Jorge, and we were the only divers. The boat was comfortable, and Captain Nathan was friendly and helpful. We went on 2 more dives with another dive master, Julie on the next day. We had a wonderful experience on all the dives. The dive equipment were in good condition. The scuba diving rates with equipment included were reasonable. We enjoyed hanging out in the bar area during sunset. We can view sunset on the top floor of the bar. The bar is spacious with a lounging area and people come not only to drink but to relax & snorkel. We ate breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. The food was good. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

We were staying in a double room, which was very small. The furniture was outdated and small. The bed was a little hard. We also had plumbing issues with the toilet. The maintenance guy came to fix it but it still had problems.

Location, excellent food, excellent view, excellent pool and Staff. Excellent wifi.
