Loved the location and the friendly staff. Staff was helpful with any questions.

Very low water pressure in the shower. I am sure that is because of water savers because of the availability of water on the island.

Food in the restaurant was good but lacking in variety

it’s really too far from town to enjoy the town unless you rent an overpriced motorised vehicle

Despite it is a bit far from the town center, the location is amazing, one of the best in Utila with the Coral Reef accessible from the hotel. The town is also at a walking distance by the sea. The team is very nice, specially Cecilia and Henry took good care of me and were extremely helpful.

It might be a bit overpriced with other places compared to what they offer. Reception check-in/check-out could also be improved.

They told us they would have a ride going to the pier ready for us in the morning. They lied because no one show up and we had to call for someone to pick us up. Next time, don’t promise a customer something that you cannot honor.

kayaking , snorkeling , diving gear. breakfast included. Ferry to South side right behind hotel. A/C, salt water pool. Can charter boat to cays with resort.

Rarely got a food order correct. plan to tip housekeepers if you want service. plan to tip everyone in Utila for everything. No wash cloths, hand towels. No coffee till 7am vs sunrise. Beds just adequate. No dressers, no safes.

Everything, best nights sleep I've had in months. They have lovely food, the staff are amazing, rooms are great with decent showers
