Ми приїхала після опівночі і нас заселили, тобто адміністратор працює цілодобово

Адміністратор вночі називали більше грошей, ніж було вказано на букінгу, після того як я показала наше бронювання, погодилась Постільна білизна повністю заштопана нитками, тобто вже в поганому стані Води в номері не було, хоча зазначено, що готель 4 зірки… Але найжахливим були рушники, які пахнуть цигарками, а також дуже жорсткими В поміщенні де їх сушать, мабуть курять Пліснява в ванній кімнаті
