The staff was very friendly

How did this property get 4*stars??? And when, last century? I used to work in luxury hospitality and this is maybe a 1*star hotel! Everything is very very dirty, lots of bugs, food for breakfast looked couple days old, towels where not soft, they were rough and very old, furniture is also old, curtains haven’t been washed in ages, TV wasn’t working and staff told me I can not get another room bc manager isn’t on duty!

So friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us.

Could hear kids running around kind of late at night— kids were not being disciplined, so that is NOT the fault of the hotel.
