The staff was friendly and ready to help anytime. The Facilities were amazing. The sajna and jacuzzi were available. Loved the breakfast and dinner options.

The listing on Booking.com stated that the room had three beds. However, in reality, there were only two small beds (likely around 80 cm wide) and an extremely uncomfortable sofa bed. We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, around 22:30, and I had to go downstairs to request bed sheets for the sofa bed. The receptionist brought them within five minutes but left immediately. Unfortunately, the bed sheets were incomplete, but I was too tired to go back and ask for the missing ones. Additionally, communication in English was quite difficult. Even the message I received on the Booking.com platform after making the reservation was in Hungarian, and I had to translate it just to understand the details. The bathroom is very small and there was no place to hang a towell

The breakfast was very good. Great location, very close to the lake. Friendly staff. Spa with nice big sauna. Big terrace in the room.

The single beds were very narrow. Shower without a cabin which means you need to be careful when you take a shower in order not to make the whole bathroom wet.

Good breakfast, nice staff, close to the lake, the apartments are very suitable for small children, quiet and confortable.

Cleaning could be improved (curtains, sofas, the balconies, switchers, baby seats at the restaurant). In esence, the location could allow the staff more time for deep cleaning from time to time since there are some items that are not used all the time and get dirty, but they are details that make the difference.
