The guesthouse is in a nice park. Interesting decoration in the coffee shop.

The breakfast was not available at time. So when we were in a hurry we couldn't have breakfast. Staff announced arriving one hour later than scheduled. ???

Underground garage Parking very close and on the ground floor - for our rooms with motorbike gear. Checkin was made simple for us despite late arrival (1845) Breakfast was made just for the 4 of us

The park

The room was too small. The restaurant was closed although it should be opened according to the information written when we booked.. If we should know that the restaurant is not opened we would have booked another location.

The breakfast was excellent, the atmosphere and the furniture in the restaurant was interesting and funny, and we also liked the location, in the middle of a nice park, very quiet.

Several lamps in the room did not work, the furniture was old and outdated, apart from the booked twin beds, there were two armchairs transformed into a bed. The room looked a bit like a hostel. It was quite difficult to find the reception (the reception was at the bar of the restaurant), there was no sign at the building for a hotel.

Very good breakfast and location. The rooms are surrounded by a quiet, nice park and a small pond. Near the city center and Gyárkert concert venue but also quiet.

Not indicated on the booking page + website that the wellness services are not available for the current year.
