Nice garden and also old historical furniture in the Castle

Breakfast was on both occasions good average without any surprise. Dinner- very disappointing quality- Wiener snitzel- its coating very dry- probably prepared without any fat ? and also- potatoes not cooked long enough- very tough to chew- I could not recommend this dish. They should traing their chef to cook potatoes properly and use a bit of fat when cooking snitzel
