Aphrodite Hotel

Good location, near highway.

Very bad rooms that do not corespond to pictures. Our room stinked - smelled very bad. The smell came from the bathroom. It looked like there was a loose plumbing. We must to ventilate the room with opened windows all the day. The cleaning service did nothing. No rubbish taken out, no vacuum cleaned, no added toilet paper. There was no shower gel in bathroom. Just plastic glasses for water in bathroom. The bathroom got no air exhaustion, no ventilation fan, so it's hard to ventilate bathroom after the shower. Rooms are small. Just one small rubbish bin. Old bed clothes. The hotel is split into 2 buildings, the one where were we got no lift. So you have to take all your luggage up by stairs. Do not accept the rooms on second flower in maisonette style because the beds are up under the roof and there is very hot and you will not survive the night in such a heat.

very very friendly staff at front office. Waited for us at late arrival and we could get an earlier good breakfast on Sunday

Location, for what we want was great, also close to Budapest, quite area, relaxed and nice, Good outdoor pools. (don't let the bad rate deserive you, it is clean rerelgtess of what people say, just a lil paint worn down in the bottem of the pool, but clean and as pefecet as it gets outside. Most of the staff was nice.

We had a encouter with a very bitter non caring, straight up rude diva at the Hotel when arrived, sadly she would give the hotel a bad name, rest was awsome tho. The aircorn was not the greatest in the room but they made do for it. :)
