the location is really great. Mall De Goa is nearby and so is a church. plus they have a great supermarket at the hotel . there are also a couple of shops nearby which is just a 10 min walk away. great restaurants in the area too. the surrounding of the hotel also felt nice and safe .

the staff at the reception. horrible. unhelpful. rude . very cold attitude . and they know nothing ! they were not courteous in any way. also, I asked for an extra bed . which I paid for . what I got was a mattress on the floor. they should be specific as to what they provide. the towel was dirty , it had very apparent huge stains , and when informing the reception their answer was - the laundry staff didn’t come today and they ran out of towels, so thus I was given a dirty one (there was no apology) and I was also stuck with the same towel. the room I had also had cockroaches in it , bugs and what not coming into the room. and it’s very uncomfortable for the person who had to sleep on that mattress on the floor to deal with bugs crawling around.

the cleanliness, politeness of the staff, location, hospitality, you name it .. everything was perfect… rare gem… specially Desmond.. a true gentleman host… would recommend all to have a stay at Porvorim regency Goa… lovely experience…

Minor irritants like TV not working, average breakfast, had to ask multiple times for linen, one room did not have balcony

Furnitures must be improved. there is no place to sit and eat in the room. very small table and chairs.
